How does iChauffeur work?
iChauffeur connects travelers with trusted local chauffeurs and licensed companies across Morocco, providing reliable and high-end private transportation. We work exclusively with permitted local partners to ensure the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Are iChauffeur drivers licensed and insured?

All iChauffeur drivers are fully trained, licensed, and insured in Morocco. By partnering only with authorized local companies, we prioritize your safety, comfort, and a seamless travel experience on every ride.

How to Book a Ride with iChauffeur (Step by Step)

Booking your private chauffeur in Morocco is fast and simple.

1. Enter your pickup location:
In the “From” field, type your starting point (address, airport, or hotel).

2. Enter your destination:
In the “To” field, type where you want to go.

Helpful tips:
You can search using airport IATA codes, for example:

  • CMN (Casablanca)
  • RAK (Marrakech)
  • AGA (Agadir)
  • FEZ (Fes)
  • TNG (Tangier)

You may also search for landmarks or hotels (for example: Jemaa el-Fna, La Mamounia, Medina), then select the correct option from the dropdown list.
3. Choose your pickup date and time

Select your travel date and pickup time.

All times are automatically scheduled in the local Moroccan time zone.

4. Search for available vehicles
Use the + / – buttons to choose how many people will travel.

5. Select your preferred vehicle:
Choose the vehicle class that best fits your needs.

You will see:
You will see full details for each vehicle, including passenger capacity, luggage allowance, and the services included such as meet & greet at the airport, real-time flight monitoring, complimentary waiting time, and professional chauffeur assistance.

5. Add trip details (optional):

On the “Extras & Notes” page, you can provide your flight number for airport pickups, request child or booster seats if needed, and add any special instructions or notes for your chauffeur to ensure a smooth and personalized journey.

6. Payments:

Select your preferred payment method to finalize your booking. Payment is simple and flexible, with the option to pay securely online via PayPal or directly to the chauffeur in cash at the time of your ride.

 

When booking with iChauffeur, you can enter your flight number and arrival airport to ensure a smooth transfer. Simply select the airport as your pickup location and enter your flight number in the designated field. Our team will track your flight and meet you at the correct arrival terminal.

Please note that at some airports, due to local restrictions or limited access, our drivers may not be able to meet you inside the terminal. In such cases, we will provide a convenient alternative meeting point.

We send your chauffeur’s name and contact information 6 hours before pickup via WhatsApp and email.

Providing your flight number allows us to track your flight in real time. If your plane is delayed or arrives earlier than expected, we automatically adjust your pickup time so your chauffeur is ready when you land, with no unnecessary waiting or stress.

It also helps us ensure your chauffeur is waiting at the correct terminal for your arrival. This small detail makes a big difference in delivering a comfortable, well-organized, and worry-free airport pickup experience.

How can I add passengers to an existing booking?

You can add passengers to your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or arrival. Simply contact us, and we’ll update your reservation to accommodate the additional travelers.

Our largest standard vehicle, the Minibus16, accommodates up to 16 passengers. For groups larger than 16, you can submit a single booking for up to 50 passengers. Once we receive your request, our team will reach out to you to confirm the details and arrange the appropriate vehicle or multiple buses to meet your needs.

Our private transfer service offers a personalized Meet & Greet at most airports. Your chauffeur will wait in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name, assist with luggage, and escort you to your vehicle for a smooth departure.

While we strive for consistency, some airports may have restrictions. In such cases, your driver will contact you with alternative pickup instructions. Please provide your flight details and any specific meeting points when booking.
