1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. “iChauffeur”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to iChauffeur, a brand operated by TRIVADA LLC.
1.2. “Company” refers to TRIVADA LLC.
1.3. “Client” or “Customer” refers to any person or entity making a booking through iChauffeur.
1.4. “Services” refers to chauffeur-driven transportation services including airport transfers, city rides, tours, city-to-city transfers, hourly chauffeur services, corporate transportation, and event or wedding transportation.
1.5. “Transport Provider” refers to the independent local driver or transportation company performing the service.
1.6. “Booking” refers to any reservation made through the iChauffeur website, email, phone, or partner platforms.

2. COMPANY INFORMATION

2.1. iChauffeur is a commercial brand owned and operated by TRIVADA LLC.
2.2. Principal Office: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States of America.
2.3. Official contact details are published on the iChauffeur website.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

3.1. iChauffeur operates as an online booking platform and transportation arranger.
3.2. Services are provided in Morocco through independent transport providers.
3.3. Services include airport transfers, city rides, tours, city-to-city transfers, hourly chauffeur services, corporate transportation, and events or wedding transportation.
3.4. iChauffeur does not directly provide transportation services unless explicitly stated.

4. BOOKINGS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

4.1. A booking becomes binding only after written confirmation by iChauffeur.
4.2. The Client confirms that all provided information is accurate and complete.
4.3. iChauffeur reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases of incorrect information, fraud suspicion, or service unavailability.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

5.1. Prices are communicated at the time of booking and are based on the selected service.
5.2. Accepted payment methods include Wise Business, PayPal, cash to the driver, deposits, or full prepayment.
5.3. Additional services or waiting time may result in extra charges.

6. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES TO BOOKINGS AND NO-SHOWS

6.1. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
6.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged up to the full booking amount.
6.3. No-shows are not refundable.
6.4. Booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. WAITING TIME POLICY

7.1. For airport pickups, 60 minutes of free waiting time is included from the actual flight landing time.
7.2. Additional waiting time may be charged.
7.3. Clients are responsible for providing accurate flight and pickup information.

8. INTERMEDIARY ROLE OF ICHAUFFEUR

8.1. iChauffeur acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and the transport provider.
8.2. iChauffeur does not operate vehicles or employ drivers unless explicitly stated.
8.3. The transportation contract is formed between the Client and the transport provider.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITY

9.1. iChauffeur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9.2. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, missed flights, accommodation costs, or loss of personal belongings.
9.3. All issues related to delays, accidents, driver conduct, vehicle condition, or property loss are the sole responsibility of the transport provider.
9.4. iChauffeur shall not be responsible for the actual performance of the transportation service.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

10.1. iChauffeur shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
10.2. Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, floods, earthquakes, fires, pandemics, epidemics, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, governmental actions, airport closures, road closures, technical failures of public infrastructure, or any other unforeseeable circumstances beyond iChauffeur’s control.
10.3. In such cases, iChauffeur shall be entitled to suspend or cancel the affected service without liability, and no compensation shall be due for delays or non-performance caused by Force Majeure events.

11. COMPLAINTS AND AMICABLE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1. In the event of any complaint, dispute, or disagreement arising from a booking or the provision of services, the Client agrees to first contact iChauffeur in order to seek an amicable and good-faith resolution.
11.2. Complaints must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time after the service date, using the contact details published on the iChauffeur website.
11.3. The Client agrees not to initiate any legal proceedings before first allowing iChauffeur a reasonable opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

12.1. These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the provision of services by iChauffeur shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
12.2. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably in accordance with Section 11, the Client agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

13. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS

13.1. Accurate Information: The Client must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and travel details at the time of booking.
13.2. Behavior: The Client agrees to behave in a lawful, safe, and respectful manner during the use of the service.
13.3. Luggage & Belongings: The Client is solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings during the journey.
13.4. Damage to Vehicle: The Client shall be liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by their negligence, intentional acts, or failure to follow instructions from the driver.

14. INSURANCE DISCLAIMER

14.1. iChauffeur does not provide or guarantee any insurance coverage for the Client, their passengers, or personal belongings.
14.2. Any insurance related to the transportation service, including vehicle, driver, or passenger coverage, is the sole responsibility of the local transport provider performing the service.
14.3. Clients are encouraged to obtain their own travel, health, or personal insurance as appropriate.

15. DATA PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA USE

15.1. Personal data collected by iChauffeur in connection with bookings is processed in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.
15.2. Payment processing is handled exclusively by trusted third-party providers, including Wise Business and PayPal.
15.3. iChauffeur does not store or process full payment card details; all sensitive financial data is handled securely by the payment providers.
